Military Inspired Strategic Team Building Exercise Platform (MI-STEP) – I’ve worked with military members and experience design experts to co-create a leadership and team building platform called MI-STEP. Using this platform, we’ve created special events, rucks, races, fitness and wellness programs, all in a positive and empowering spirit that brings people together, increases trust and awareness, and inspires them to achieve. This is an ongoing project that was developed under the Intentional Wellness area of the Heroik Innovation Lab, and continues to be used to promote health, comradery, knowledge, excitement and the Heroik culture.  Learn More and View Examples.
