As Assistant Program Director, I was instrumental in winning cooperative grants from the United States Information Agency (USIA) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Project Highlights

• Contributor to writing successful grant contracts for Russia, Turkmenistan, and Latvia
• Programs consisted of intensive training for ministry, academic, and executive level participants
• Established business centers to increase access to information and technology  
• Managed logistics of curriculum design, program budget, large group travel between countries, design and implementation of follow-on programs  
• Communication liaison with respective U.S. Embassies to complete these projects.  Annual grant terms (spanning 5 years)
